Shiraz Restaurant offers its guests a taste of Persia in Tunbridge Wells.
The restaurant,which is fully licensed and the only Persian restaurant between London and Brighton, serves traditional Persian cuisine, some recipes are 7000
years old.
The Restaurant is open everyday from 12 - 3pm and 6 -11pm.
Many of the dishes seem familiar, such as curries and kebabs, but Persian cuisine uses different spices to many other middle eastern cuisines.
These subtle differences make persian cuisine unique.
As well as the sit down restaurant Shiraz offers a take-away service.
