Starborough Manor Bed & Breakfast offers more than just a bed for the night. We have a lift for guests with wheel chairs and ample parking in front of the house.

Our well established gardens make a great place to unwind during your stay. We also have a heated, outdoor swimming pool, which may be used during the summer months. Please note that the pool may be used at the management’s discretion and at guests’ own risk.

We can also offer private seminar and conference facilities for businesses who wish to have an alternative to busy, public hotels.

M23 JCT 10 follow signs to East Grinstead on A264; after 2 miles turn left at roundabout onto B2028 to Lingfield. After 4.5 miles enter Lingfield, turn right at first roundabout, and left at the second roundabout, staying on B2028 (see below).

M25 JCT 6 proceed south on A22 after 5 miles, at Blindley Heath, turn left at traffic lights to Lingfield on B2029. After 2 miles enter Lingfield, at first roundabout turn left and turn left at second roundabout on to B2028 (see below).

On the B2028 pass Lingfield Racecourse on right (follow signs for Edenbridge). After 2 miles, after Starborough Nurseries on left, turn left through the brick pillars, marked Starborough Manor and Starborough Castle, before the “Z” bend.
