Dave, Catherine and Wally welcome you, your children, family and pets to the Junction Inn, Groombridge. This historic building houses a tea room as well as a great pub, with real ales, quality wines, homemade fresh pub fare and an inviting atmosphere. In the winter why not warm those toes in front of our open fire, and in the summer have a bask with a glass of something chilled in our child, pet and people friendly beer garden, complete with suntraps, climbing frame,
chirping birds and Petanque Piste. |

The Tea Room serves a mouthwatering selection of cakes and quite stunning scones all made with love and enthusiasm by our baker extraordinaire, Lorraine. Elegant bone china and cheerful decor make it the ideal place to relax and unwind with a Cream Tea, High Tea, or a plate of something scrumptious and a steaming cup of something restorative.

New Owners –
New Beginnings!
Dave and Catherine took over The Junction Inn in March 2010.
Dave has many years experience running pubs both in England and his home town of Dublin. His experience means that the bar is always well stocked and the draught beers and lagers are of lipsmackingly great quality. Also blessed with a particularly Irish gift of the gab, visitors are sure of a warm welcome and a highly enjoyable visit.
Catherine has worked in catering, hospitality and education over the years and brings with her a wealth of experience and a love of cooking quality, fresh, classic pub fare to satiate even the most ravenous of appetites.
Wally is a rapidly growing collie with a huge heart and a tail ready to wag at all who say hello. They all look forward to meeting you and are never far away!

Real Ales!
Award winning real ales grace our cellar, with meticulous attention to detail ensuring they reach our customers in tip top condition.
Harveys Best (4.0% abv) is a constant favourite, with guest ales such as Doombar (4.0% abv), Bombardier (4.3% abv) and Spitfire (4.5% abv) making appearances on a regular basis.
We look forward to increasing our repertoire by featuring some lesser known ales from smaller brewers around the country.
