My name is Helen Mia Harris and I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. For over 20 years I have helped people to develop their capacity to resolve emotional, personal and relationship issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, loss and separation, jealousy and betrayal, obsession, grief and bereavement.

My special expertise is working with The Couple Relationship.

Exploring issues around Love, Loss, Insecurity and Rejection.

	My approach to therapy is one that emphasises the importance for each individual to find their own meaning, values and inspiration in life. My perspective is we all have much potential as human beings for creativity, loving relationships and ultimately developing a meaningful and harmonious existence. My work involves listening to how individuals and couples talk about their experiences, exploring secure, insecure patterns of relating and helping them to find autonomy and begin to care for their own soul.

My counselling and psychotherapy practise is based in Sevenoaks at the Integrated Therapies Centre which is on 28 London Road, TN13 1AP. The Centre is one minute walk from Sevenoaks Town Centre and there is a car park near-by.
